ADA Compliance: Practical Solutions for HR

Recently updated for 2014 and beyond!

The EEOC is once again focusing its strategic enforcement efforts on the ADA.  From barriers in hiring to employer defenses like undue hardship, direct threat, and business necessity, the EEOC will be looking at  practices that screen out or adversely affect individuals with disabilities.

Last year, the EEOC continued to target leave policies that violate the ADA by denying leave as a reasonable accommodation -- one settlement was for nearly $5 million.

Don't let your organization become the next EEOC target. Learn how to comply with the latest rules and regulations with the ADA Compliance Manual.  This comprehensive information system will become your most trusted source for fast, accurate, and clear solutions to managing employees with disabilities.

Perfect for:

  • HR Managers
  • Payroll Managers
