Nevada Poster Changes

Minimum Wage, Daily Overtime, and Pregnancy Fairness

Even though only the date had changed, the state of Nevada has verified that the Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime notices are substantive changes.

The Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act has been added to the state poster. Even though it doesn't go into effect until October 1st, the state requires it to be posted now.

Nursing Mothers. The new ordinance requires employers to allow reasonable break time and a clean location for breast milk expression and prohibits retaliation for this allowance.

BBecause of the following exceptions, we are providing this notice as a standalone poster in anticipation of another change coming due Jan 1, 2018. Our All-In-One poster will be updated with both notices closer to that date.
