William BowserWilliam W. Bowser, partner in the Employment Law Department of the firm, has represented both private and public employers on a full range of labor and employment matters for over 20 years. He defends employers in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and "whistleblower" lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has vast experience in representing employers in collective bargaining and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC, the Delaware Department of Labor, and other government agencies. He assists employers on avoiding litigation by developing effective employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, and he provides training to in-house counsel, human resource professionals, supervisors, and employees. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.


Scott Holt

Scott Holt represents management in all phases of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, employment counseling and litigation, class actions, and executive compensation. His experience includes practice before state and federal trial and appellate courts in matters arising under the NLRA, ADEA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FLSA, WARN Act, Section 301 of the Taft-Harley Act, Section 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code, and injunction, breach of contract, and employment cases. Scott also represents management and Chapter 11 debtors on labor and employment issues that arise in the context of business acquisitions, mergers, employee layoffs, and plant shutdowns.

 


Lauren Moak RussellLauren Moak Russell has represented employers on a range of issues relating to compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and constitutional provisions. She has experience in each of Delaware’s state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Lauren also regularly assists clients in administrative proceedings before state agencies, including the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Lauren has litigated a wide variety of employment-related matters to successful resolutions, including employment discrimination cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, non-competition cases, and constitutional law cases, among others. In addition to litigation, Lauren counsels employers on a broad range of topics, including revision of handbooks and related policies to ensure compliance with state and federal employment and labor statutes. Lauren also conducts on-site training on legal compliance, including sexual-harassment training.

 

Molly DiBiancaMolly DiBianca maintains a legal practice consisting of equal parts litigation and client counseling. She represents employers in a variety of industries in employment rights claims, discrimination matters and equal employment disputes at the state and federal court level. She defends employers against claims brought by former and current employees and assists employers seeking to enforce restrictive covenants. She assists clients with internal investigations, wage-and-hour reviews, and employment-practices audits. Molly also counsels employers in the facilitation of reasonable accommodations and strategies for compliance with federal leave laws. Training is an integral component of Molly’s preventative-practices philosophy. As part of that philosophy, Molly presents customized training to managers and executives during on-site seminars and workshops. She is a frequent speaker and teaches best employment practices to human resource professionals, executives and in-house counsel. When she is not speaking to a live audience, Molly carries her message to audiences across the country as Editor of and primary contributor to the Delaware Employment Law Blog. Molly is a monthly contributor to the Delaware Employment Law Letter, the only monthly newsletter exclusively for Delaware employers.
