In his generalist roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as functional specialist, Warren provided value-added leadership for a number of post-merger human resources integrations of structure, policies and systems; the complete redesign of employee communications; establishment of performance management and pay-for performance programs; review and redesign of several benefits packages, yielding multi-million dollar savings; recruitment of middle and senior management; post-hire on-boarding and retention initiatives, reducing turnover by 15%; integrated talent management, including succession planning, individual development and coaching; and, numerous company turnarounds, including 3 successful Chapter 11 filings with cost reductions ranging from $6 to $60 million.
