As a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment practice group, Jennifer L. Anderson defends employers in civil rights and other employment-related litigation, including litigation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and their state law counterparts.
Ms. Anderson also represents employers involved in administrative proceedings before the EEOC and similar state agencies. Ms. Anderson devotes a large part of her practice to counseling employers on the development and administration of sound policies and practices to minimize exposure to litigation, and training management-level employees on various aspects of labor and employment law.

Since 2001, Jennifer Faroldi Kogos has defended employers in employment litigation matters, including litigation under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state law counterparts.
In addition to experience before federal and state courts, Ms. Kogos represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and related state agencies. Drafting employers' policies, handbooks, and employment agreements also constitutes a large part of Ms. Kogos' practice. Ms. Kogos also counsels employers on avoiding litigation by creating and implementing effective policies and procedures that comply with the law, as well as promote consistent and fair treatment of all employees.
