Richard J. Morgan is a shareholder in McNair Law Firm's Columbia, South Carolina office. Rick is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as an Employment and Labor Specialist. After receiving his law degree, Hayne Hodges worked in the legal department of Eurocopter in Marignane, France, and obtained his Masters in International Business Studies. Hayne served as a law clerk to The Honorable Terry L. Wooten, United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina, from 2002 until he joined McNair Law Firm as an Associate in September 2005.
