Darryl J. Lee is a shareholder with Kirton McConkie and has more than 29 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, involving both government and commercial contracting, corporate ethics and compliance, complex real estate, and employment litigation. He has represented major defense and aerospace companies, industrial manufacturers, and financial institutions. Mr. Lee has successfully tried a number of state and federal bench and jury trials for both defendants and plaintiffs. Mr. Lee also represents mortgage bankers and brokers and serves as General Counsel for a large mortgage company headquartered in Salt Lake City. In addition, the Utah Supreme Court has appointed Mr. Lee as a pro tem judge. For the past ten years, he has heard and decided hundreds of small claims disputes. Mr. Lee is a frequent speaker and lecturer at local universities and professional organizations. He received Martindale Hubbell's highest peer review rating (AV).
