As a practicing attorney, Ms. Kollas specialized in litigating employment discrimination cases for individuals and organizations. Ms. Kollas is also authorized by the federal government to investigate all aspects of federal EEO complaints.

Ms. Kollas’ clients include AOL/Time Warner, Mercedes Benz U.S. International, the Virginia Department of Transportation, and many other premier companies and organizations.
