Greg Wartman, a partner with Saul Ewing in Philadelphia, focuses his practice on defending manufacturers of pharmaceutical, medical device, and construction building products in product liability litigation. Greg serves as coordinating counsel for nationwide product liability litigation involving both pharmaceutical and nonpharmaceutical products. He is a frequent author on product liability and risk management issues affecting prescription drug and medical device manufacturers.
As an experienced litigator, Greg also represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, trademark infringement, and tortious interference with contractual relations. He also has extensive experience representing clients in construction disputes in federal and state court and in arbitration matters both in the United States and internationally. He is currently representing an engineering firm in an ICC arbitration involving claims for breach of contract, delay, inefficiency, and acceleration exceeding $35 million. Greg is also representing an owner in a multimillion dollar construction dispute in federal court.
